The Green Eyed Monster
Sunday, March 05, 2006 I finally got my new glasses, almost two weeks after I picked them out. They have these new, super-duper thin lenses (which, obviously, take forever and a day to make.) They are so thin, they don't even protrude from the back of the frames. I can't remember the last time I had glasses that actually covered the lenses completely. The glasses look pretty sedate under indoor lighting, but they're really green in broad daylight. Kyle has taken to calling me "The Hulk". He better watch out. He wouldn't like me when I'm angry. posted at 7:45 PM . link to this post . 11 Comments:You know, it's funny... You're the third person in like a week that I've seen online who's bought glasses like that... By Nikkiana, at 3/05/2006 9:13 PM
I love the new specs, they look great :D By Harlock, at 3/06/2006 4:24 AM We're really good about not over feeding Lulu, since there is nothing sadder than a fat chihuahua. My grandmother, however, thinks we starve her and will feed her whole entire meatballs and slices of buttered bread right off her own plate. Needless to say, my grandmother's dogs are fat, although we refer to them as "sturdy". We don't want to hurt their feelings. By Angela, at 3/06/2006 10:40 AM Ha ha, I know that feeling. I got my mother's dog when we evacuated New Orleans, who was about 10 pounds over weight at least, a bit for a small to medium sized dog. I've slimmed her down a bit, because my mother would bring her left over breakfast, she had thanksgiving dinner, and was to the point where she could barely run. Now the little one, another story entirely, lol. Even when I cut his treats down, he finds food. He ate a whole pile of sawdust the last time I did it. By Harlock, at 3/06/2006 11:59 AM
Is that a KIX cereal shirt you're wearing? By Steve, at 3/06/2006 5:20 PM Yes, it is a Kix shirt. I went nuts lately and bought a whole bunch of kitchy cereal/product T-shirts. By Angela, at 3/06/2006 5:59 PM Harlock, I totally bust out laughing when I read about your dog eating a pile sawdust. We've got two cats and the litter we use is called "Feline Pine", which is made of pine sawdust pellets. Lulu thinks that stuff is like itty-bitty milkbones or something. I'm constantly yelling at her when she eats it. Of course, he favorite treat is cat shit, but when that is lacking, Feline Pine will have to do. Go figure. By Angela, at 3/06/2006 6:23 PM nice! I like them alot! You wear contacts? By vietnamesa, at 3/06/2006 8:18 PM Nope, only glasses now. I stare at a computer all day long, so I gave up on the contacts. Not to mention my my prescription costs like a bazillion dollars. By Angela, at 3/06/2006 9:07 PM The cuteness of (you in) those glasses knows no bounds. By , at 3/06/2006 9:09 PM Why, thank you.
