Back In The Saddle Again
Monday, April 02, 2007 Today, for the first time in months, I got up and did something very unlike me: I exercised. You may remember I went through an exercising jag last summer which culminated in a fractured heel. I had to wear a boot for six weeks (including the steamy month of August), but I promised myself that I would begin working out again in November. That, of course, didn't happen, since I am basically a lazy ass and I'd much rather roll out of bed and drink a cup of tea, eat some cinnamon toast and read my email, than pop in an exercise DVD and get all sweaty. Unfortunately, eating cinnamon toast and sitting on my ass isn't good for my health, so I decided to get back on the horse, so to speak. I chose an easy half hour video (Leslie Sansone - Walk Away the Lbs Express 3-Pack posted at 11:09 AM . link to this post . 5 Comments:
It looks like you're "Back in the Saddle Again" in more ways than one. Not just the exercise, but the bevy of post this past week on blogger! By Steve, at 4/03/2007 1:02 PM
I love it when you leave comments that are longer than my post. Instant content! By Angela, at 4/03/2007 4:32 PM
[[[ I love it when you leave comments that are longer than my post.]]] By Steve, at 4/05/2007 2:50 PM I love WATP. How are you doing with it? Keeping it up? I have been walking my 2 dogs outside but that is n't really exercise like WATP makes you feel. Good luck with it! By imelda, at 4/29/2007 12:30 AM I love WATP too. I'm too uncoordinated to do regular aerobics. I need to move around and breathe heavy for thirty minutes with out being expected to learn dance steps or feeling like a dork because I can't keep up with the instructor.
